Fares are quoted in either USD or CAD, depending on your location, and include applicable taxes and fees.
Prices may change until your booking is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.
It is your responsibility to ensure all passenger details are entered correctly before payment.
4. Ticket Issuance
Once your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with the e-ticket details.
If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation rules depend entirely on the airline's policy and the fare type you selected.
My Cloud Trips will assist in processing cancellations but does not control refund timelines.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to airline deductions, processing charges, and bank timelines.
6. Travel Documents
Passengers must carry valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) as required by the destination country.
My Cloud Trips is not responsible for any denied boarding due to incomplete or invalid documents.
7. Liability Disclaimer
My Cloud Trips acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for:
Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines
Loss of baggage, denied boarding, or in-flight services
Any visa, immigration, or travel restrictions enforced by authorities
8. Promotional Codes
Promo codes (e.g., "RT50%") are valid for select bookings and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Misuse or abuse of codes may lead to cancellation without notice.
